What is included in the cabins, and what will I need to bring?

Each cabin has a full kitchen with silverware, dishware, and cookware including stovetop oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Bedding is also provided, and we also provide a barbecue grill and picnic table free of charge. You will need to bring paper towels, kitchen towels, cloths, and soap; and shower towels, cloths, and soap.

What goods and services do you offer?

Goods: Popcorn (free), Coffee (free), T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Pizzas, Pop, Candy, Ice, Firewood.

Services: Wireless internet (free), Vehicle parking (free), Trailer parking (free), Boat launch (free), Dock space (free).

What time is check in/out?

Check in is at 3 PM, check out is at 9 AM.

Who do you allow to use your boat launch?

Guests of Green Valley Resort are free to use our boat launch and docks. Residents of Seventh Crow Wing Lake can launch their boats for a small fee. Please call in advance at 218-652-3690.

Is smoking/vaping allowed in the cabins?

Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in the cabins.

Are jetskis allowed?

Jetskis are not allowed at Green Valley Resort.

Are pets allowed?

Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed in Cabins 6, 7, 8, and 10 with an additional $200 fee. They must be kept on leashes and cleaned up after.

Are fireworks allowed?

Sorry, fireworks are not allowed at Green Valley Resort.

Can I make a cabin reservation before May 1st or after October 1st?

We do allow reservations after October 1st, weather permitting. If you'd like to make a reservation after that date, please give us a call at 218-652-3690.

What is your required deposit for reserving a cabin?

A $200 deposit is required for reservations, and will be charged at time of reservation.

Can I bring firewood to the resort?

In accordance with state regulations, to avoid spreading invasive species, only firewood purchased from Hubbard County is allowed at Green Valley Resort. We also have firewood available for purchase on-site.
